 Stop by before you go on the next roadtrip...we have a nice selection of Audio Books on Cd's. Don't forget to take care of them...we would be willing to consider buying them back for credit when you return. DVD's We have a large selection of gently used DVD's... for the whole family. Whether you are looking for a new workout, good escape movie, or foreign film, we have an eclectic variety. Please take care of these (no peanut butter fingers when handling) and we might consider buying it back for trade. FRONT PORCH SALE There is always a front porch sale going on... Hardcovers $1.00 Trade paper $ .75 Paperbacks $ .50 | | We buy books...but not just any books Our inventory is always changing because we buy books for cash or store credit from our customers. Here is how it works: You wake up one morning and realize that if you put one more book in your house your house will implode and you will never be found in the rubble of tomes. You realize now is a good time to reduce those volumes to readable stacks, bringing the rest to Books and Baskets for a bit of reusable store credit. Or maybe you are settling an estate or downsizing and need to find a home for the collector and Adirondack books. For large quantities or collecter books contact me. Just remember: Limit the number to 10 books at a time...it's just me here. Books must be in good shape, with legible spines, attached covers, no under-lining or highlighting, and hardbacks must have their dust jackets. I will let you know on the spot which books I will take...and you take the remaining books back with you. We do not buy older textbooks or outdated political or economic books. We do Estate Sales so feel free to call or e-mail.We will give you roughly 30% of what the book will sell for in store credit based on the condition of the book and saleability...and roughly 15 %cash. All trades are final...we do not exchange credit for trade or visa versa after the deal is done. Credit may not be used (There is always a catch)for Antiquarian books, new books, Adirondack books, or baskets, kits, supplies, classes, or any gift items. Just remember, we all want to get good value for our books when we trade them... and we all want a good deal when buy books...and somewhere in the middle I will need to make a profit. It is a balance I try to achieve to all of our benefit.
